We ship from Germany with DHL. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days after your order has been placed.

We offer free shipping within Germany on orders of €100 or more.

For orders below €100, a flat shipping fee of €5.95 applies.

European Union

We offer free shipping within the European Union on orders of €200 or more.

For orders below €200, a flat shipping fee of €14.95 applies.

United Kingdom

We ship Delivered Duty Paid to the United Kingdom, so applicable import duties and taxes are included and there should be no additional import charges on delivery.

We offer free shipping to the United Kingdom on orders of £200 or more.

For orders below £200, a flat shipping fee of £14.95 applies.

Switzerland

We ship Delivered Duty Paid to Switzerland, so applicable import duties and taxes are included and there should be no additional import charges on delivery.

We offer free shipping to Switzerland on orders of CHF 350 or more.

For orders below CHF 350, a flat shipping fee of CHF 14.95 applies.

Norway

We offer free shipping to Norway on orders of NOK 2,300 or more.

For orders below NOK 2,300, a flat shipping fee of NOK 199 applies.

Applicable Norwegian VAT and import requirements will be handled in accordance with the rules applying to your order and will be shown at checkout where applicable.

United States

We offer free shipping to the United States on orders of $350 or more.

For orders below $350, a flat shipping fee of $29.95 applies.

We ship to the United States Delivered Duty Paid. Import duties are included, so you will not be asked to pay additional import duties when your parcel is delivered. 

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Rest of the World

We currently offer tracked international shipping to selected destinations. The availability of shipping to your country will be confirmed at checkout.

A flat international shipping rate of €34.95, or the equivalent shown in your checkout currency, applies.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, import VAT, customs clearance fees, handling charges or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rate.

Customs rules and import charges vary between countries and are outside our control. If you are unsure about the charges that may apply to your order, we recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing your order.

Refused or Uncollected Deliveries

If a delivery is refused, not accepted or not collected and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result, including return shipping, customs duties, import VAT, clearance charges and courier fees.
