2. Ordering and Contract Formation

The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer.

You can select products, add them to your shopping cart and review or correct your order details before completing checkout. By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

We will acknowledge receipt of your order electronically. This acknowledgement does not itself constitute acceptance of your offer. A contract is concluded when we expressly accept your order or dispatch the goods.

If we cannot accept your order, any payment already received will be refunded.

3. Contract Language and Storage

Contracts may be concluded in English or German, depending on the language selected at checkout.

We store your order details and send an electronic order acknowledgement. Where available, your order history can also be accessed through your customer account.

These Terms are available on our website and can be saved or printed.

4. Prices and Payment

Product prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges and available payment methods are displayed during checkout before you place your order.

5. Delivery

We ship from Germany. Shipping costs, delivery estimates and applicable customs arrangements are set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

7. Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods

If goods are faulty, incorrect or otherwise do not conform to the contract, your statutory consumer rights apply.
